For those of us who have chosen to homeschool, it is usually a very personal decision based on many different factors. For some it is the desire to shape their children’s education in a manner they believe is more appropriate for their religious beliefs. For others they feel their children would not thrive in a public school because their child is either above or below the normal intellectual and developmental level of their peers. Yet for others they are not comfortable with sending their children out to be cared for and influenced by strangers on a daily basis.

Regardless of the initial reason for deciding to homeschool, I think many homeschool parents would agree that there are many benefits of homeschooling.
